Ahmedabad-based Shivazza Group has named him the National and International Brand Ambassador of GAUCERA, its newly launched premium construction chemicals brand.\r\nThe launch comes 26 years into the Group’s journey in India’s building materials and construction chemicals sector. It is meant to drive the company’s next stage of growth. Shivazza Group has set itself the goal of building a ₹500 crore enterprise within three years. It plans to get there through product innovation, manufacturing expansion, a stronger dealer network and advanced technical solutions for the construction industry.\r\nThe company is not a newcomer. Its flagship brand MAPISA369 has a presence in India and international markets, with a range that includes tile adhesives, epoxy grout, waterproofing products and other construction chemicals. GAUCERA now becomes the premium face of that portfolio, and Mishra becomes the face of GAUCERA.\r\nThe pairing says a lot about how the company wants to be seen. Mishra has never been a conventional glamour star. His screen image rests on sincerity and an easy connection with everyday audiences. Shivazza Group appears to be borrowing exactly that quality. Managing Director & CEO Ashok H. Choudhary said the Group felt “honoured and proud” to work with Mishra, praising his “talent, humility and grounded personality.”\r\nChoudhary has received national recognition from the President of India and the Chief Minister of Gujarat. He used the occasion to question how buildings are made in India today. Old Indian constructions have lasted for centuries, he noted, yet in some parts of the country newer structures begin deteriorating within a few years. In his view, the root issue is whether quality materials get enough priority.\r\n“Tile adhesive is not a beauty product; it is a critical bonding solution. It is about strength, durability and, most importantly, people’s safety,” Choudhary said. “Compromising on quality means compromising on people’s trust and safety. That is something we should never do.”\r\nHe also made a pointed market observation. A significant share of the Indian construction chemicals market, he said, is dominated by multinational brands. Shivazza Group believes Indian companies can compete globally through world-class quality, indigenous innovation and reliable solutions. Through GAUCERA, the company says it aims to “take Indian quality to the world” and build a trusted, service-oriented global brand.\r\nThe company presents its ambitions as going beyond revenue. Choudhary spoke of a commitment to environmental protection, job creation, civic values and a self-reliant India. He also spoke of creating meaningful opportunities for dealers, partners and young professionals as the company enters new markets.\r\nManaging Director Hitesh Choudhary reduced the brand promise to one line: “Quality is our identity, trust is our responsibility, and homeowners’ safety is our priority. We will never compromise on any of them.” He added that GAUCERA brings a strong portfolio of tile adhesives, epoxy solutions and construction chemicals, backed by the Group’s commitment to quality and reliability.\r\nFor a category usually discussed only between contractors and dealers, the launch is a deliberate attempt to put the conversation in front of homeowners. The real test will come when GAUCERA reaches the market, in the same aisles where established multinational brands already sell.","articleSection":"Corporate","datePublished":"2026-11-01T21:45:08+0530","dateModified":"2026-11-01T21:45:28+0530","inLanguage":"en-us","author":{"@type":"Person","name":"admin","url":"https://www.bizzorbit.com/user/admin"},"publisher":{"@type":"Organization","name":"Bizz Orbit","url":"https://www.bizzorbit.com","logo":{"@type":"ImageObject","url":"https://www.bizzorbit.com/assets/img/logo.svg"}},"image":{"@type":"ImageObject","url":"https://www.bizzorbit.com/uploads/images/202611/image_1200x675_6ae7653d13e4e.webp","contentUrl":"https://www.bizzorbit.com/uploads/images/202611/image_1200x675_6ae7653d13e4e.webp"},"keywords":["Sanjay Mishra GAUCERA","Shivazza Group news","premium construction chemicals","tile adhesive safety","Indian brand vs MNC","Ashok H. Appellate Tribunal member Balesh Kumar addressed the 8th Post Graduate Insolvency Programme cohort.\r\nThe session, titled "PMLA–IBC Interface: Emerging Bonhomie," took up a question that has produced a growing body of court rulings: what happens when a company already in insolvency resolution has its assets attached under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA). The answer matters to lenders, resolution applicants, and investigators alike.\r\nWhat the session covered\r\nKumar is a member of the Appellate Tribunal for PMLA, FEMA, PBPTA, NDPSA and SAFEMA matters. According to IICA, he explained the three stages of money laundering: placement, layering, and integration. He also described how hawala transactions figure in financial investigations.\r\nHe discussed Sections 3, 4, 5, 8, 44, and 45 of the PMLA, 2002, using judicial precedents to show how they work in practice. The Act's Section 3 defines the offence, Section 5 allows provisional attachment of property, and Section 8 covers adjudication of attachments. The release did not name the cases cited.\r\nAttachment during insolvency\r\nThe main focus, the statement said, was the complexity that arises when a corporate debtor's assets face attachment under the PMLA during insolvency resolution. Kumar explained how courts have moved toward reconciling insolvency objectives with anti-money laundering enforcement.\r\nGyaneshwar Kumar Singh, IICA's Director General and CEO, welcomed Kumar and stressed the need to strengthen the link between the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), 2016 and the PMLA. He said Section 32A of the IBC, though precisely drafted, still faces challenges in consistent implementation, according to the release.\r\nBackground: Section 32A\r\nParliament inserted Section 32A into the IBC through a 2020 amendment. It protects the corporate debtor and the assets in a successful resolution applicant's hands from liability for earlier offences, but only where ownership and control change completely and only for property covered by the resolution plan. Legal commentary notes that the protection does not reach individuals who ran the company, who remain personally liable under laws including the PMLA.\r\nCourts have weighed the two laws differently. The Delhi High Court has held that the PMLA's attachment power is not barred by the IBC's moratorium under Section 14(1)(a). The Bombay High Court, in a case involving DSK Southern Projects, held that Section 32A immunity takes precedence over earlier Enforcement Directorate attachments once a resolution plan is approved. \r\nIn December 2025, a Supreme Court bench of Justices Sanjay Kumar and Alok Aradhe allowed restitution of PMLA-attached properties to a resolution applicant for the benefit of innocent home buyers, while letting attachment continue on specified units linked to alleged proceeds of crime.\r\nWhat comes next\r\nIICA said the session reinforced the need for combined knowledge of insolvency law, financial investigation, asset tracing, and regulatory enforcement. It added that "Meet the Legend" continues to connect PGIP participants with members of the judiciary, tribunals, regulators, and the corporate sector.","articleSection":"Corporate","datePublished":"2026-09-21T00:17:01+0530","dateModified":"2026-09-21T00:17:01+0530","inLanguage":"en-us","author":{"@type":"Person","name":"admin","url":"https://www.bizzorbit.com/user/admin"},"publisher":{"@type":"Organization","name":"Bizz Orbit","url":"https://www.bizzorbit.com","logo":{"@type":"ImageObject","url":"https://www.bizzorbit.com/assets/img/logo.svg"}},"image":{"@type":"ImageObject","url":"https://www.bizzorbit.com/uploads/images/202609/image_1200x675_6ab028f728116.webp","contentUrl":"https://www.bizzorbit.com/uploads/images/202609/image_1200x675_6ab028f728116.webp"},"keywords":["PMLA IBC interface","Section 32A IBC","IICA Manesar","Post Graduate Insolvency Programme","PMLA attachment insolvency","Balesh Kumar Appellate Tribunal","Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016"]}
