The launch comes 26 years into the Group’s journey in India’s building materials and construction chemicals sector. It is meant to drive the company’s next stage of growth. Shivazza Group has set itself the goal of building a ₹500 crore enterprise within three years. It plans to get there through product innovation, manufacturing expansion, a stronger dealer network and advanced technical solutions for the construction industry.
The company is not a newcomer. Its flagship brand MAPISA369 has a presence in India and international markets, with a range that includes tile adhesives, epoxy grout, waterproofing products and other construction chemicals. GAUCERA now becomes the premium face of that portfolio, and Mishra becomes the face of GAUCERA.
The pairing says a lot about how the company wants to be seen. Mishra has never been a conventional glamour star. His screen image rests on sincerity and an easy connection with everyday audiences. Shivazza Group appears to be borrowing exactly that quality. Managing Director & CEO Ashok H. Choudhary said the Group felt “honoured and proud” to work with Mishra, praising his “talent, humility and grounded personality.”
Choudhary has received national recognition from the President of India and the Chief Minister of Gujarat. He used the occasion to question how buildings are made in India today. Old Indian constructions have lasted for centuries, he noted, yet in some parts of the country newer structures begin deteriorating within a few years. In his view, the root issue is whether quality materials get enough priority.
“Tile adhesive is not a beauty product; it is a critical bonding solution. It is about strength, durability and, most importantly, people’s safety,” Choudhary said. “Compromising on quality means compromising on people’s trust and safety. That is something we should never do.”
He also made a pointed market observation. A significant share of the Indian construction chemicals market, he said, is dominated by multinational brands. Shivazza Group believes Indian companies can compete globally through world-class quality, indigenous innovation and reliable solutions. Through GAUCERA, the company says it aims to “take Indian quality to the world” and build a trusted, service-oriented global brand.
The company presents its ambitions as going beyond revenue. Choudhary spoke of a commitment to environmental protection, job creation, civic values and a self-reliant India. He also spoke of creating meaningful opportunities for dealers, partners and young professionals as the company enters new markets.
Managing Director Hitesh Choudhary reduced the brand promise to one line: “Quality is our identity, trust is our responsibility, and homeowners’ safety is our priority. We will never compromise on any of them.” He added that GAUCERA brings a strong portfolio of tile adhesives, epoxy solutions and construction chemicals, backed by the Group’s commitment to quality and reliability.
For a category usually discussed only between contractors and dealers, the launch is a deliberate attempt to put the conversation in front of homeowners. The real test will come when GAUCERA reaches the market, in the same aisles where established multinational brands already sell.
