Kochi, June 20, 2026:Axis Bank, one of the largest private sector banks in India, inaugurated its DigiDesk-enabled digital self-service branch at Cyberpark, Kakkanad, Kochi, marking a significant milestone in its journey towards digital-first banking and customer-centric innovation in Kerala.
Located at Ground Floor, Lulu Cyberpark Tower 2 in Infopark SEZ, the branch was inaugurated by Mr. APM Mohammed Hanish, IAS, Additional Chief Secretary toGovernment– Industries, External Co-operation & Revenue (Waqf) Departments, in the presence of senior Axis Bank leadership including Ms. Baishakhi Banerjee, Regional Branch Banking Head - South 1, and Mr. S. Anand, Circle Head – Kerala.
The Cyberpark Kakkanad branch introduces DigiDesk, Axis Bank’s advanced digital self-service platform that enables customers to complete end-to-end banking journeys through seamless, paperless experiences.This digital-first format brings a full suite of banking services to a single touchpoint, allowing customers to transact independently with speed and ease, while providing on-ground assistance through trained staff for more complex or first-time interactions.
Key capabilities include:
· End-to-end digital onboarding for savings accounts and products
· Instant access to services such as fixed deposits, loans, credit cards, forex cards and FASTag
· Paperless, guided journeys with intuitive user interfaces
· Secure and compliant transactions backed by robust authentication frameworks
